Twist & Turn / Two-block variation

I always cut off 2-1/2" strips from all my fabrics.
This month’s technique is based on strips from my stash.

Cut 8 strips of fabrics from two sets of coordinated prints.
Each strip is cut (2-1/2" x 8-1/2")
 Here are my two sets of prints, 
4 of each colour family.
 
 Sew 4 strips together, using scant 1/4" seams, 
to form two sets of strips.
Each block should now measure 8".

Cut each block into half, diagonally, as in diagram.
Take each new triangle and pair it up with the opposite one. Sew the opposing pairs together.
Here are two sets sewn together.
 This diagram has three sets sewn together. You can flip and make a few other variations.
